Installation

We do not employ sales people or pay commissions.  We offer a personalised service - with one point of contact from initial site visit through to the completed installation - this means you can be confident that your needs are well understood and that advice and support will be available to you throughout the project from the person who designed your solution. 

Our trained and experienced engineers will install your new sewage system to British Water standards. Proper installation is essential to ensure the system works correctly and does not pollute the surrounding environment.

Servicing and Repairs

Our British Water Accredited Service Engineers are trained to service and repair all the major makes of sewage treatment systems and pumping stations.  So whatever system you currently have we should be able to help.  We offer tank emptying and planned preventative servicing of your system.  If you elect to take up our Comprehensive Service Agreement - available at no extra cost - you will also enjoy a number of discounts and no call out charge in the event of an emergency.  Our Emergency Response is available 24/7 365 days/year and Comprehensive Service Agreement holders enjoy priority response.  We can take over the management and scheduling of your tank emptying (desludging) and coincide this with your service to minimise disruption to the smooth running of your business or household.
