We provide 24/7 support and can respond rapidly to an emergency which will minimise the inconvenience of the system failure and will get your life back to normal as quickly as possible.

 We understand the worry and disruption that quickly escalates when your sewage treatment system goes wrong so we can be contacted for advice and support on our Freephone number 365 days/year. 

Even well-maintained systems can go wrong occasionally and our emergency response is available out of hours, on weekends and bank holidays so you can have complete peace of mind that help is on hand. We can repair, refurbish or upgrade any system whether or not it was initially installed by us.

To help contain the cost of a repair, our Service Engineer will aim to get your system working during the initial call out.  Our vans are stocked with a large number of spares so this is usually possible.  Otherwise our Service Engineer will aim to implement a temporary fix so you are not left without service whilst we advise you of your options and costs moving forward to bring the system back into full service.  This way you are not under pressure whilst considering your options and you remain in control of the costs at all times.
